I love creating personalized orders! Most of my jewelry can be duplicated, special occasion and custom orders are always welcome! You have seen something you like - but you want it as a bracelet or earrings or necklace instead - I can make matching sets !
Most item in my store has the option to be personalised with a choice of dainty initial charms and birthstones- gemstones and crystals.

Every order is treated as a gift- all jewelry is packaged separately in a gift jewelry box with ribbon ( color and style of the box and ribbon can be changed).
Then carefully packaged to padded envelope for extra protection to ensure that your items arrive safely.
You can choose "gift wraping "option by paying an extra to recive special gift wraping.
I never include a printed receipt, so your jewelry is ready too be gifted!

Unfortunately I'm unable to accept the following reasons for return or refund:
• Personalised jewelry
• Discount jewelry, bulk orders
• Earrings
• Allergy

In the unlikely event that your order has a fault please contact me within 3 days after receiving goods and a replacement will be sent.
Before any returns of faulty/ damaged goods I`ll ask for photographic evidence.

To be refunded You shall send back order immediately in the original packaging. I will offer a full refund (minus any shipping upgrades ) on all non-custom items. Items must be in resalable condition,you must email me within 3 days of receiving the item with return request I will make the reimbursement after receving the goods back.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
In case of a return due to a defect, I will of course refund the return postage. When returning or exchanging because of disagreement, the buyer bears the cost of the return.
In the pre-Christmas period, courier shipping is standard to several countries; in case of returning the goods,the cost of this shipping will not be refunded.

Please be aware of your country’s custom charges and practices. Althought most packages goes throught without any charges, they vary from country to country, especially of the UK and USA. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges. You can contact your country's postal service for more informations.
Please note customs processing times are unpredictable, international packages may be held in Customs Inspection, as this can delay the delivery process where customs duties and taxes apply. It can delay Your order up to 2 weeks and occasionally longer.

I offer 2 methods of shipping, available to select at check out.
1. "standard shipping" by National Post service- is trackable in most countries. For standard shipping method I cannot make any delivery guarantees by a certain date.
-EU : 3 to 8 days (max 15), Europe: 5-14 days
-USA & Canada : 5 to 14 days (max 30)
-Other destinations : 15 to 30 days (max 60)
IMPORTANT -If you are in rush please consider upgrade shipping by courier company, take into account the processing time and the maximum shipping timeframe !
2.UPS, Fedex courier- includes tracking and/or signatures on delivery.
EU-1-3 days
USA & Canada-2-5 days.

Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may delay shipment, weather conditions, customs inspections, other public interventions etc. Your delivery time fully depends on the postal service.
In case of a non-delivery after the maximum delivery timeframe please visit/call your post office, as I cannot contact your local Post from here.
Losses actually happen very rarely with tracked packages. Please note these packages need to be sign, it wont be put in your mail box.
All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" because of following reasons:
-The address provided by you was not correct
-The package is unclaimed
New shipping fee will have to be charged for a resend of the package.I will not send any replacement packages or offer a refund.

I use:
----925 Sterling Silver- real silver will naturally tarnish, it requires polishing from time to time from oxidation, which is a normal process. The good news is that it is very easy to clean with silver polish cloth.
----24 k Gold plated over Sterling Silver- jewelry with thin layer of 24k gold , with the look of real gold at an affordable price. Any plating could be tarnished or faded after a while. However, as long as you avoid water and chemicals even gold plated items will last very long without any problem.
----gold-filled- jewelry composed of a solid layer of 18kt gold, that is bonded to a base metal, great quality alternatives to solid gold.
----natural gemstones and pearls,crystals

-Store your jewelry carefully in a plastic ziploc bag or in airtight container.
-Put all jewelry on after you have applied all cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, hairspray. These products can contain chemicals that can damage your jewelry.
-Try to avoid wearing whilst bathing, swimming,since it will deteriorate the finish quicker and case tarnishing. Please remove when performing tasks that may cause physical damage: cleaning, gardening etc.
-Polish your jewellery time to time,use a softlint free cloth for cleaning,You may also use lukewarm soapy water.
Over time, any Sterling Silver/Gold Plated jewellery will tarnish, this is normal proces which goes faster in areas with high air pollution. It’s not classed as a manufactring fault.

Processing time is 1-3 days but usually the NEXT DAY SHIPPING on most orders. Except weekends and holidays.
